By using CoN Companion you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using the app

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial worship, study and devotion. Please keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Comments and behaviour

You may comment on lessons. Please be respectful. Do not post anything that is abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, misleading, or that shares someone else's private details. Do not advertise or send spam.

• Anyone can report a comment, and can block the person who wrote it.
• We review reports. Comments that break these rules are removed, and accounts that keep breaking them may be suspended or removed.

The Annual Pass

• An Annual Pass unlocks the paid content until 31 December of the year it is for.
• It is bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their payment, refund and cancellation rules apply. We cannot refund purchases made through a store.
• A pass belongs to one account. It cannot be shared between accounts.
• You can restore a pass you have already bought from the Annual Pass screen.

Content and copyright

The lessons, hymns, liturgy and other content belong to the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) or to the people and organisations named with them. Bible translations belong to their publishers and are shown with their copyright notices. Do not copy or redistribute the content beyond what the law allows for personal and church use.

Availability

We do our best to keep the app and its content correct and available, but we cannot promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or be available offline in every situation. Features and content may change.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using or being unable to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account from Profile in the app (see the account deletion page). We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
